Data Systems

Progress Monitoring Data Infrastructure Questions to Consider:
  • Does the current data system have the capacity to manage what is needed to monitor progress?
  • Who will periodically evaluate fidelity once a fidelity measure, and criteria to monitor staff implementation of practices, is identified?
  • Will professional development and coaching evaluations be used to monitor effectiveness?
  • Will staff and coach input on fidelity evaluations be collected?
  • What staff will need to be trained to use the selected impact performance measure?
  • Will staff and family satisfaction surveys be a source of data collection?
  • Will the communication plan have an embedded request for stakeholder questions and feedback?
