Planning an Initiative

All members of the district team must commit to meeting regularly to design, prepare, and secure the required resources to implement the new initiative. The Planning stage should result in the following outcomes:

  • District Team Functions Well
  • Infrastructure Changes: sub tabs
    • Data System (what data is collected, who collects, how often)
    • Staff Coaching Plan
    • Policy and Procedures
  • Pilot Site Staff Selected
  • Launch Communication Plan
