Meeting Minutes Exploration Assess Infrastructure

The District Implementation Team considers the following to determine expansion timeline:

  1. Schedule a mid-year data review meeting
  2. Review data to determine practice fidelity
  3. Review data to determine level of management, coach, and staff confidence
  4. Review child impact data
  5. Evaluate data quality
  6. Assess capacity for expansion
  7. Begin to assess infrastructure and needs per expansion site
  8. Secure required expansion financial resources
