Initial Implementation is the third stage and is when practitioners begin implementing the new practices. The District Implementation Team will learn valuable information during the pilot that will inform any needed fine tuning efforts before advancing to full implementation. The team will continue to meet to monitor progress and identify needed improvements, e.g., review data sources, staff management procedures, coaching support effectiveness, and specific training topics to enhance classroom practices.
